Villa Komurluk

Villa Kömürlük  is a delightful 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom Kalkan holiday rental villa located in the sought after Kömürlük area of Kalkan.

Situated just 100 metres from the sea, Villa Komurluk is also close to several beach clubs, including Zest, Palm Beach and Denizm and the centre of Kalkan town lies a 12-15 minute walk away.

 

The property is accessed through a gate from the street above, down some steps and the front door is to the side of the villa.

 

Ground floor / entrance level:

 

The living room has a sofa and armchair with a large glass coffee table plus wall mounted TV.  There is also a desk and chair in this light and airy room with glass doors leading out to the pool terrace with its wonderful sea views.

 

The well-equipped kitchen has a fridge freezer, an electric hob with extractor fan, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, electric oven, toaster, kettle and water cooler.  Within the kitchen area is a round table with 4 chairs and lovely views of Kalkan Bay through the windows.

 

There is also a separate shower with WC and hand basin for guests’ use on this level.

 

First floor:

 

The master bedroom takes up this whole floor. It has a separate dressing area with plenty of wardrobe space and an en-suite shower room with twin basins. The large private balcony has comfy seating and offers stunning views across the bay.

 

Second floor / roof terrace:

 

The stairs lead to a glass door giving access to the roof terrace with seating – the perfect place to enjoy a drink and watch the sun go down over the bay.

 

Lower ground floor:

 

There are two bedrooms on this level; the first is a twin with en-suite shower room and a glass door gives access to the lower terrace.

 

The second room is a double with a dressing area and en-suite shower room accessed a via couple of steps.  Within the bedroom is an armchair and potted plants.  Sliding doors lead out to the seating area on the lower covered terrace which is furnished with two aluminium benches with cushions plus a coffee table.

 

Outside the villa:

 

The infinity pool with roman steps leading into the water offers incredible views all the way to the islands.  There are 6 sun loungers with 3 side tables and 3 parasols spaced around the pool.  There is also a comfy seating set with coffee table and to the side of the villa, a dining table with 6 chairs and a portable BBQ from which to enjoy al-fresco dining.

• Weekly cleans and linen changes are provided (ie – if staying for 2 weeks, a mid-stay clean and linen change will be carried out. If staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change)
