Villa Ela

Villa Ela is a generously sized 6-bedroom villa that enjoys unparalleled sea views from its elevated position in the upper Kiziltas area of Kalkan.

The spacious interior is light and airy with full length glass windows throughout to enhance the incredible views. The villa has and has been decorated in a modern style with contemporary furniture and fittings.

The 6 bedrooms comfortably accommodate 12 guests and there is plenty of outside space to entertain and enjoy al fresco suppers . There is also a roof terrace bar, two sun terraces and a pool terrace, rattan seating and outside dining.

The accommodation is fully air-conditioned and laid out over three floors.

Ground floor:

The spacious open plan living area at Villa Ela consists of the kitchen, dining area and lounge.

There is plenty of comfortable seating, two arm chairs, a coffee table, a flat screen 55″ 3D TV with DVD/CD Player (English movie and news channels are provided), There is also a large sound system and an Ipod docking station.

The kitchen is well-equipped with appliances such as double oven and hob, work-top griddle, ice-maker, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher and double microwave.

There’s also a breakfast bar to seat 3, a dining table  which seats 8 people.

A guest cloakroom is located on this level. Villa Ela also has a laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The first of the villa’s six bedrooms is situated on this floor – a twin with en-suite shower room. This bedroom has direct access to the pool terrace.

First floor:

The villas roof terrace is located on this floor with a bar area complete with barstools, rattan furniture and breathtaking views over Kalkan.

Outside the villa:

Villa Ela has a spacious pool terrace and large private pool with comfortable sun-loungers, a shaded corner seating area and a large private pool. A shaded al-fresco dining area seats up to 12 guests and there’s also a stone BBQ plus table tennis for those who like to keep active.

Location

The centre of Kalkan town lies a few minutes’ drive away or a 20 minute walk (downhill, therefore, uphill on the way back). Taxis are relatively cheap and plentiful

• Pool towels are provided for guests’ use
• A garage is provided
• Cleaning and linen changes are carried out on a weekly basis, therefore, if staying for 2 weeks, a mid-stay clean and linen change is provided. If staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change provided (additional cleans and linen changes can be organised at extra cost – please ask for details)
