Ground floor:

The property is entered through a glass door from the veranda that leads into the spacious open plan living area.

The living room has a sofa and two armchairs spaced around a coffee table plus a wall mounted Smart TV that offers Netflix, Disney+ and Prime channels.

The well-equipped kitchen has an induction hob with extractor fan, electric oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and kettle.

The dining table seats 4 comfortably and there are glass doors giving access to the covered veranda.

The Master bedroom has a king-sized bed and an additional single bed, plus a wardrobe with mirrored doors.  There is also a dressing table with stool and glass doors lead out to the side of the villa and a covered terrace with two chairs from which to take in the views.

The en-suite shower room has a WC and basin with part of the natural stone exposed in the wall.

The twin room is accessed off the dining area and has a wardrobe and bedside table. Sliding doors lead out to the veranda with views of Kalkan Bay.

Next door to the bedroom, is a separate wet-room style shower with WC and basin for guests using this room.

Outside the villa:

Under the pergola that wraps around the front of the villa and to the side, is a comfortable sofa with two armchairs and a coffee table from which to relax and take in the views while enjoying the peaceful surroundings.

There is also a dining table with 4 chairs and a portable BBQ to enjoy al fresco dining.

A wooden double swing seat with canopy and cushions are provided on an elevated terrace which provides a great vantage point to enjoy the sea views within the garden.

The freshwater pool is further up the garden path offering panoramic views of the bay and mountains. The water is accessed via a ladder and there are four sun loungers spaced around the pool. There is no need for parasols as there is a pergola that covers the top end of the pool and terrace for those guests who prefer some shade.

There is also an outside shower for guests’ use.

Ground Floor:

Downstairs is an open plan kitchen and dining room with seating for up to 6 people, the room also has two sets of French doors leading directly out onto the poolside area.

A corridor which also accesses the downstairs shower room, leads you through to the separate lounge area, which has a selection of seating and offers an ideal area for relaxing and on occasion escaping the hot afternoon sunshine, in the cool and comfort of the air conditioning. From the lounge two sets of French doors lead you directly out to your private garden and pool.

First Floor:

There are with two good sized double bedrooms on the top floor, one with ensuite and a further twin bedroom and family bathroom.

The balcony, which just begs to be utilized whilst enjoying a refreshing drink or two can be accessed by French doors from either bedroom or the corridor.

The outside area has to be the real attraction with its fantastic infinity pool with views straight out to sea and the islands known locally as Snake and Mouse, it’s a real taste of paradise.

The outside table is positioned in the shade and offers a shelter from the sun’s rays, whilst enjoying the delights of Turkish cuisine or simply relaxing with a good book.

Third floor:

Bedroom 4 – There is a further twin bedroom on the 3rd floor, with en-suite shower room. All bedrooms are equipped with a hairdryer.

There is also access to the furnished sea view roof terrace from this level which has a hanging chair, roof top Jacuzzi and table and chairs. This is the perfect location for pre-dinner drinks as the sun slowly sets

Outdoor area:

The outdoor area has been tastefully designed to subtly reflect Kalkan’s historic surroundings with marble mosaic terraces and stone facing on the walls. By the pool there is an outside shower and a large area for soaking up the sun on the comfortable sun-loungers provided.

On the other side of the pool a large rattan table and chairs shaded from the sun is the great place to enjoy alfresco dining and sundowners, whilst taking in the views that surround the property.

Villa Olivia is perfect for guests who want to enjoy a relaxed holiday in a very convenient location with no need for taxis!

The villa has been the subject of a recent and total renovation which has been done to a very high standard and the property offers spacious accommodation for a party of up to 8 guests. The games room and cinema room also provides some family entertainment out of the sun.

The entrance door is just down a few steps from the street.

Upon entering, you will find a games room to the left with table tennis, table football and a dart board, as well as a bar area with fridge and a chaise longue.

A further very spacious double bedroom is also located on this floor – this bedroom has a huge Jacuzzi bath plus a separate en-suite shower. It also has access to a large balcony.

Lower ground floor:

Stairs lead down to the lower ground floor which can also be accessed by a side gate (there is parking next to the gate).

The living, kitchen and dining areas are located on this floor – the living area has a large L-shaped sofa and 2 arm chairs plus a coffee table and a flat screen TV which has some English-speaking channels. Doors from the living area lead out onto the pool terrace.

The well-equipped modern kitchen has a breakfast bar and 2 stools, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, gas hob, oven, sandwich maker, kettle, toaster and water cooler.  There is also a dining area on this level with seating for 8 guests.

There is also a utility room off the kitchen with a washing machine and dryer as well as ironing board and airer.

Another shower room can be found beyond the utility room.

This level also has a cinema room with a projector and large cushions on the floor. A further shower room can also be found off the cinema room.

First floor:

The first floor houses two bedrooms – both are doubles with alcove windows leading to a balcony with 2 chairs and a small table that can either be used inside or out.  One of these bedrooms has a free-standing Jacuzzi and each bedroom has an en-suite shower room.

Second floor:

The top floor has a twin bedroom with its own en-suite shower room and sliding doors that lead out onto a covered balcony with 2 sun loungers.  There is also a small kitchenette with a sink that leads out on to a bigger roof terrace.

Outside the villa:

The villa has a good-sized pool and the surrounding terrace has 8 sun loungers and 4 parasols. There is also a beautiful grassed area to one side of the villa and a mature garden. This area has a comfortable seating area.

In addition, a dining table and 8 chairs are provided, as well as an outdoor shower which has been cleverly created from an olive tree on the terrace.
