Ground floor:

The property is entered through a glass door from the veranda that leads into the spacious open plan living area.

The living room has a sofa and two armchairs spaced around a coffee table plus a wall mounted Smart TV that offers Netflix, Disney+ and Prime channels.

The well-equipped kitchen has an induction hob with extractor fan, electric oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and kettle.

The dining table seats 4 comfortably and there are glass doors giving access to the covered veranda.

The Master bedroom has a king-sized bed and an additional single bed, plus a wardrobe with mirrored doors.  There is also a dressing table with stool and glass doors lead out to the side of the villa and a covered terrace with two chairs from which to take in the views.

The en-suite shower room has a WC and basin with part of the natural stone exposed in the wall.

The twin room is accessed off the dining area and has a wardrobe and bedside table. Sliding doors lead out to the veranda with views of Kalkan Bay.

Next door to the bedroom, is a separate wet-room style shower with WC and basin for guests using this room.

Outside the villa:

Under the pergola that wraps around the front of the villa and to the side, is a comfortable sofa with two armchairs and a coffee table from which to relax and take in the views while enjoying the peaceful surroundings.

There is also a dining table with 4 chairs and a portable BBQ to enjoy al fresco dining.

A wooden double swing seat with canopy and cushions are provided on an elevated terrace which provides a great vantage point to enjoy the sea views within the garden.

The freshwater pool is further up the garden path offering panoramic views of the bay and mountains. The water is accessed via a ladder and there are four sun loungers spaced around the pool. There is no need for parasols as there is a pergola that covers the top end of the pool and terrace for those guests who prefer some shade.

There is also an outside shower for guests’ use.

• *The 5th guest would be accommodated in the Master bedroom on the additional single bed in that room, so this arrangement would only be suited to a small child, not an adult

The ground floor has an open plan lounge and stylish fully fitted kitchen, and the three bedrooms, ranged across the two upper floors are all a good size, & have their own ensuite facilities and private balconies, or in the case of the master bedroom on the top floor, to its own private roof terrace, complete with seating area & swing seat – the perfect place for a chilled sundowner whilst taking in the views.

All the outside spaces are well thought out, very spacious and ideal for summer living. One of Paloma’s key features is the exceptionally large pool, comprising a built in jacuzzi and separate shallow area as well as the main pool. There is also a plus a large charcoal BBQ and a table tennis table, both located on the pool terrace.

Paloma also has the benefit of a self-contained media room located underneath the villa, with 64” flat screen smart 4K ultra TV, comfortable seating, coffee table, mini fridge and pool table.

Ground floor:

Bedroom 1 – double with ensuite shower room

This bedroom can be configured as twin beds or as a king size double.  The room overlooks the pool and is accessed from a connecting door from the living area.

Comfortable open plan living area and a fully equipped kitchen/ dining area and a separate W/C & laundry area. Full floor to ceiling sliding doors connects with the pool terrace outside.

The lounge houses two comfortable three seater sofas and two arm chairs, & a flat screen TV with internet connectivity (so you can watch your favourite online channels) The well-equipped kitchen has a large breakfast bar/table with 8 seats, water cooler/dispenser, fridge freezer, built in oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and an espresso coffee machine with milk frother (so you can make your favourite coffee shop style drinks)The washing machine is located in a cupboard under the stairs, along with two drying racks, iron and ironing board.  There is also a cloak room and W/C on this level.

First floor:

Bedroom 2 & 3 – Stairs lead up to the first floor. There are two spacious bedrooms on this level – one double and one twin bedroom (the beds in the twin room can be converted into a king size bed if preferred) Both bedrooms have their own ensuite shower rooms, and private balconies with panoramic views, furnished with coffee table and chairs

Second floor: 

Bedroom 4 – the master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite shower room. The room has direct access to the private furnished roof terrace, with sea and mountain views, seating area, umbrella, and double size swing seat

Outside Areas:

The outside spaces are well thought out and ideal for summer living. Outside dining area and seating set are each covered with a shady pergola. There are cushioned sun loungers and parasols on the main terrace, plus a single ‘egg’ chair. A BBQ and table tennis table are located to the side of the terrace.Very spacious pool terrace area, with pergola covered area and bar, large private swimming pool, with integrated jacuzzi, and shallow area. Roof terrace with seating set and egg chair.

The villa offers spacious accommodation for a party of up to 8 guests. The games room and cinema room also provides some family entertainment out of the sun.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

Access level (ground floor):

The entrance door is just down a few steps from the street.

Upon entering, you will find a games room to the left with table tennis, table football and a dart board, as well as a bar area with fridge and a chaise longue.

A further very spacious double bedroom is also located on this floor – this bedroom has a huge Jacuzzi bath plus a separate en-suite shower. It also has access to a large balcony.

Lower ground floor:

Stairs lead down to the lower ground floor which can also be accessed by a side gate (there is parking next to the gate).

The living, kitchen and dining areas are located on this floor – the living area has a large L-shaped sofa and 2 arm chairs plus a coffee table and a flat screen TV which has some English-speaking channels. Doors from the living area lead out onto the pool terrace.

The well-equipped modern kitchen has a breakfast bar and 2 stools, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, gas hob, oven, sandwich maker, kettle, toaster and water cooler.  There is also a dining area on this level with seating for 8 guests.

There is also a utility room off the kitchen with a washing machine and dryer as well as ironing board and airer.

Another shower room can be found beyond the utility room.

This level also has a cinema room with a projector and large cushions on the floor. A further shower room can also be found off the cinema room.

First floor:

The first floor houses two bedrooms – both are doubles with alcove windows leading to a balcony with 2 chairs and a small table that can either be used inside or out.  One of these bedrooms has a free-standing Jacuzzi and each bedroom has an en-suite shower room.

Second floor:

The top floor has a twin bedroom with its own en-suite shower room and sliding doors that lead out onto a covered balcony with 2 sun loungers.  There is also a small kitchenette with a sink that leads out on to a bigger roof terrace.

Outside the villa:

The villa has a good-sized pool and the surrounding terrace has 8 sun loungers and 4 parasols. There is also a beautiful grassed area to one side of the villa and a mature garden. This area has a comfortable seating area.

In addition, a dining table and 8 chairs are provided, as well as an outdoor shower which has been cleverly created from an olive tree on the terrace.

Ground Floor: 

Large, spectacularly appointed open-plan kitchen and lounge. The large modern kitchen complete with breakfast bar, has everything you will need for your holiday. A dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer are all provided. The kitchen is well equipped with microwave, gas hob and oven, toaster, and kettle. 

To the front of the super comfortable lounge is a wonderful, dual-purpose sun/dining room with sliding glass doors leading out to the private pool area. The lounge area has TV and surround system and a super comfortable sofa with seating for 8 people. 

Lower Ground Floor: 

When it’s time for bed you simply go downstairs to the 3 bedrooms: There is one twin and 2 doubles, the master of which has a TV and memory foam mattress. For absolute privacy, each of the bedrooms has its own luxurious en-suite bathroom. Even the mirrors are heated! From all the bedrooms there are sliding patio doors leading to a second terrace area. A beautiful, walled garden with lovely plants and feature stonework. A peaceful oasis of calm and an ideal spot to relax and escape the heat of the afternoon sun and read a book or have a nap! 

Outside Areas: 

The pool area is south facing so benefits from sun all day long.  The beautiful pool has been converted to a saltwater system. The pool is 8m x 4m, a decent size with roman steps, so plenty of space to swim and play and a new outside shower has been installed in this area. As they have lower chlorine levels, salt water pools are much gentler on the eyes and skin. No more stinging eyes and ruined swimwear! 

Within the pool area you will find 6 sun loungers, and a beautiful shady gazebo for outdoor dining
