Villa Swan is a stylish and contemporary 3 bedroom villa boasting magnificent sea views from all angles.

You enter this modern villa on the first floor via a striking mezzanine area which overlooks the beautiful open-plan lounge and dining area on the ground floor below.

On the first floor, you will find a double bedroom with balcony and splendid sea views.

On the second floor is the master bedroom, with double bed, spacious dressing area and a large balcony complete with a hot tub. There is also another smaller double room on this floor, again with a balcony and breath-taking sea views.

Steps lead up to the lovely roof terrace, where unsurprisingly, the views are simply amazing.

On the ground floor, you will find the state-of-the-art kitchen, which is well equipped, including appliances such as large fridge-freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and water cooler.

The kitchen leads through to the lounge (which has a flat screen TV and DVD player) and dining area (to seat 6 guests).

Floor to ceiling doors lead out on to the pool terrace, which has plenty of sun loungers, a shaded seating area, al-fresco dining area with barbecue and a large infinity pool with Jacuzzi section (pool dimensions are approximately 10 metres x 3.5 metres).

Villa Swan is only an approximate 15 minute stroll down into the heart of vibrant Kalkan, with its array of superb restaurants, bars and shops.

• Cleaning and linen changes are carried out twice-weekly, so if staying for 1 week there is one mid-stay clean and linen change included. If staying for 2 weeks, there are 3 cleans and linen changes included
