Villa Dama is a large 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom Kalkan holiday rental villa located in the Kızıltaş area of Kalkan which is only a 5 minute drive into Town.

The villa sleeps 7, is stylishly furnished and has stunning views over Kalkan bay.

The accommodation is laid out over 3 floors:

Ground floor:

A large open plan kitchen, dining and living area with sliding doors opening out onto the pool area. The living area has plenty of comfortable seating and an HDTV. The dining table seats 4 guests.

Bedroom 1 is a double.

First / Second Floor:

There are 3 more bedrooms including a twin on the second floor.

Outside the villa:

A large private terrace with a large pool which is furnished with plenty of loungers and parasols.

A BBQ and an al-fresco dining area are also provided.

The villa is surrounded by mature and attractively-planted gardens.
